On-Site Support


Hardware Maintenance Services:

ING provides 24 hour a day, 7 day a week hardware maintenance to businesses of all sizes. We have several service options to chose from, allowing our customers to select the most flexible and cost effective solution for their needs. Our technical personnel are highly proficient with hardware, software, system maintenance procedures, user applications and interpersonal relationship skills. Our objective is to develop a partnership relationship with our clients by providing maximized end user productivity through cost-effective support and maintenance services.

 

Maintenance Plans:
Some companies opt to use our service maintenance capabilities through convenient and economical service agreements. We offer central dispatch and reporting along with a variety of flexible service plans - both customized and standard. So you can select precisely the level and type of service you need, whether your company has offices in many locations or just one. Our service plans include everything from a two-hour response to a two-business day response for non-critical systems.

 

Depot Service:
In addition to our maintenance plans we also provide standard time and materials billing. Service can be provided either on-site or carry-in on an as needed basis for either in warranty or non-warranty work.

 

Warranty Upgrades:
ING offers warranty upgrades to extend the original equipment manufacturer warranties to the level that's right for your organization. You decide the level of protection you will receive. You can upgrade your warranties to provide prompt on-site service on all of your equipment for a nominal fee.

 

Moves, Adds, Changes:
ING can assist with your upgrading of existing systems with moves, adds and changes. By working with you, ING specialists can facilitate the enhancements with a minimum of downtime.

 

Windows Platform Hardware Services:
Our trained staff is ready to support a variety of Windows-based environments. We provide dedicated onsite troubleshooting, reconditioning, maintenance and extended contract coverage. Downtime is not an option. Our engineers perform preventative repair of warranty and non-warranty Windows servers and desktops.


Intel Platform Hardware Services:
ING engineers work to insure your Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Dell and IBM Intel-based servers perform optimally and with the lowest risk of downtime. Experienced system engineers perform preventative maintenance, administration, remote monitoring and diagnostics, and repair of warranty and non warranty server hardware. We can provide on-site stocking of mission-critical spare parts to substantially minimize total repair time as a service option. ING engineers specialize in  Microsoft Server 2000, 2003, 2008, and XP operating systems support.

 

Enterprise-wide PC Services:
ING keeps enterprise PCs and laptop units at maximum functionality through a combination of onsite preventative maintenance and break/fix services for warranty and non-warranty systems. Optional spare parts can be warehoused at ING service offices or at the client's site. ING's Enhanced Maintenance Support services include O/S Updates, Anti-Virus Plans, and Internet Security configuration.

 

Printers and Peripherals:
ING provides repair services to all types of Laser, Dot Matrix, and Thermal Printers. Our trained engineers specialize in diagnosing and repairing any type of problem that may arise, as well as performing scheduled maintenance on this type of equipment. No matter how large or small your maintenance needs might be, Sigma is the answer you have been looking for.
